Welcome!

Thank you for visiting my website.

The idea of engaging in psychotherapy may feel like a daunting & scary prospect. The impact, however, can have a long lasting & positive impact on the individual, couple or family and their experience of the world.

Whether you are experiencing challenges in your personal life, or there is conflict within the family home, work is causing you undue stress, or you simply feel unhappy, overly irritated, emotionally drained or not feeling like your normal self…talking things through with a trained psychotherapist/counsellor can help guide you to a more grounded and at ease state of mind, providing you with skills to use in your everyday life.

Francis of Assisi stated:

“Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible”.

Whether you are male, female, a youngster, adult, older adult, married, partnered, divorced, widow/er, single, LGBTQIA, employed, unemployed, different ethnic background, deal with disabilities etc… we all struggle at some point in our lives with varying degrees.

In my work with clients, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and transformative environment where the client feels attuned to, empathised with and supported. My objective is to assist the client in reaching their goals in a manner which is in line with their needs, and ultimately working collaboratively.
